Since February 19, 2020, TAZ Servicetechnik GmbH & Co KG has been the first calibration laboratory for Optical Emission Spectrometry to be accredited according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025.*
After many years of experience at TAZ GmbH in Optical Emission Spectrometry and Glow Discharge Optical Emission Spectroscopy, the decision was made to set up a calibration laboratory for Optical Emission Spectrometry. With the founding of TAZ Servicetechnik GmbH & Co KG in 2017 as a spin-off of TAZ GmbH, it came to life.
Optical Emission Spectrometers have been successfully calibrated and factory calibration certificates have been created since 2018. At the same time, TAZ Servicetechnik worked very intensively on the possible accreditation as a calibration laboratory by the DAkkS (Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH).
After the pre-audit and a successfully passed re-accreditation audit in September 2019, it is now done. We have received the accreditation certificate and are therefore the world’s first calibration laboratory for Optical Emission Spectrometry to be accredited according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025.*
